Georgian PM takes initiative to provide humanitarian assistance to Ukraine
Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili took an initiative to provide humanitarian assistance to Ukraine, where the confrontation between the center and several regions is continuing, according to the government`s press service.
Garibashvili made this statement Aug. 26 at a government meeting.

He also asked about Labor, Health and Social Affairs Minister David Sergeenko`s visit to Ukraine on Aug. 27. Minister Sergeenko said he intends to define the range of Ukraine`s needs in the health sector arising due to the ongoing military operations.

Finance Minister Nodar Khaduri told the PM that Tbilisi will be visited by a delegation from Ukraine`s Finance Ministry Aug. 26. The delegation will get acquainted with the experience of their Georgian colleagues.

Garibashvili also instructed the minister of finance to provide all possible assistance and support to his Ukrainian colleagues.
