Amos Hochstein, the US Special Envoy and Coordinator for International Energy Affairs, has sent a letter of condolence to the Minister of Energy Natig Aliyev.
According to Ministry, Amos Hochstein expressed his condolences to the families of those died at the accident and wished recovery to the injured persons.
Hochstein also offered a help on analyze and restoration works of the accident: “The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) under the United States Department of the Interior is ready to help in analyzing the main reason of the accident”.
