The President’s press service told, Abdullah Gul expressed satisfaction with the successful development of the friendly and fraternal relations in all fields between Turkey and Azerbaijan during his presidential activity and emphasized the role of his friendly relations with the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in development of these relations.
Expressing his gratitude for the kind words, President Ilham Aliyev stressed Abdullah Gul’s merits in strengthening the friendly relations which are based on strategic cooperation between Turkey and Azerbaijan and expressed confidence that the bilateral relations between the two countries will further successfully develop in all areas.
