Kyrgyzstan`s ministry of health informs about six victims on Kyrgyz-Tajik border
Kyrgyztan`s ministry of health informed about six injured on Kyrgyz-Tajik border 24.kg news agency.

The health care coordinator in Batken province Saypidin Toroev said that one of the injured was hospitalized in the intensive care unit in Lyailyak local hospital. Another five received outpatient care.

A skirmish between border guards of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan took place in Sai area of Lyailyak district on August 25. According to the State Border Guard Service of Kyrgyzstan, Tajik border guards tried to establish a border post on an inconsistent state border. The Kyrgyz State Border Service claims that Tajik servicemen were the first to open fire.

Tajik media informed that , Kyrgyz border guards opened fire first. They allegedly fired on the territory of Tajikistan, wounding four residents of Ovchi-Kalacha village of Bobodzhon Gafurov district, as well as the head of Sarband farming, who later was taken to a local hospital.

On August 26 the ministry of health of Kyrgyzstan stated that there weren`t any victims and injured.
