James Appathurai said it is early to discuss the possibility of such developments, AzVision.az reports citing Arminfo. He noted that he supports the resumption of efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group Co- Chairs. He also hopes to see a fruitful dialogue between Armenia and Azerbaijan in 2016.
Appathurai noted that the aggravation of Russian- Turkish relations won’t affect NATO‘s cooperation with the countries in South Caucasus.

Deployment of peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh may certainly be a possible element of political settlement, but there is no such a political settlement yet, said James Appathurai, the NATO Secretary General`s Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia.
