Azerbaijan’s president is likely to sign another pardon decree on the occasion of December 31 – the Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis, the country’s parliament speaker Ogtay Asadov said on Friday.
“Another presidential decree on pardon is expected to be signed by late 2015,” noted Asadov.
