Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is holding a private meeting with his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sargysan in Bern, the US co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick tweeted on Dec.19.
The private meeting will be followed by a meeting in an expanded format with the participation of Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers, the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs and personal representative of the OSCE chairperson-in-office Andrzej Kasprzyk.
