It reflects in the “List of types of activities demanding special permissions (licenses) and amount of state duty to be paid for issue of special permissions (licenses)) ratified by the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev decree “On some measures in the field of licensing” dated December 21, 2015.
Before, individuals had to pay fee in the amount of AZN 5,500 to get the license from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for tourism business. However, tourism business is not reflected in the list of activities demanding licenses ratified by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’ decree dated December 21, 2015.
