Human rights defenders, MPs and senior officials of the Presidential Administration will attend the meeting.
On 22 October 2014, the Joint Working Group, composed of representatives of civil society and authorities, held its first, after 2008, meeting on the initiative of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjørn Jagland.
