Mkrtumyan, 51, became suspicious that his daughter together with an Azerbaijani businessman with whom she had a civil marriage decided to move to Baku. They left Moscow in October, and since then she did not keep in touch with the family.
Samaylova’s mother claimed that her daughter didn’t join the IS. Police officers have reportedly launched an initial investigation.
