“The current state of our economy is not as same as previous one”, Ilham Aliyev, the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan stated at the opening of a new residential building constructed for visually impaired persons.
“There is a drop in our budget expenses and profits. Clearly, the global processes have already started to influence our economy. Most of oil rich countries are in the same boat. However, we provide economic stability and development and solve the social issues. Moreover, we conducted all the social projects in 2015”, the president added.
The president noted, all social programmes will be implemented in 2016 in spite of the drop in oil prices: “ The state institutions should ensure the reasonability and transparency in the field of finance. In this regard, we will get better results in 2016. Our policy will center on the Azerbaijani citizens who need state care in the following years.
