Ilham Aliyev, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed a new Deputy of the State Migration Service of Azerbaijan.
The president signed an order for the appointment of the first Deputy Head of the State Migration Service of Azerbaijan.
Teymur Mehdiyev served as the first Deputy Chief of Azerbaijani State Migration Service from March 3, 2011 till February 11, 2014. Teymur Mehdiyev was appointed as a Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Emergency Situations by Ilham Aliyev, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the relevant order enacted on May 5, in 2014. Over the past years, the first deputy head was not appointed at the State Migration Service.
