The former head of the Antiterrorist Center of the earlier liquidated Ministry of National Security of Azerbaijan, major-general Elchin Guliyev has been arrested, Baku
Under the court decision, Guliyev was sentenced to four months in prison as part of the criminal case launched by the Grave Crimes Investigation Department at the Prosecutor General’s Office.
