The MP regarded the draft law as his protest against a double-standard attitude towards Azerbaijan, asking for the discussion of the document at the relevant committees of the parliament.
Speaker Ogtay Asadov said the document must be submitted to the head of the parliament’s Office Safa Mirzayev, instructing the parliament’s committees on human rights, legal policy and state building, and the international and interparliamentary relations to table the draft law.
