Flights to be implemented on December 31 from Turkey to Azerbaijan have been postponed due to expected snowy weather in Istanbul, Turkish Airlines reports.
The flights planned for Dec. 31 from Istanbul Airport to Baku, Ganja and Nakhchivan have been postponed.
