According to Ministry of Economy and Industry, the Action Plan envisages joint operation to prevent negative cases, intensively exchange of information, bringing persons allowing offences to administrative, disciplinary, civil and criminal responsibility, as well as organization of enlightenment for business entities.
The State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumers` Rights Protection under the Ministry of Economy and Industry and the Department on Combating Corruption under General Prosecutor`s Office recommend business entities, trade and service enterprises and objects to avoid abusing change in manat rate.
