Strong 6.4-magnitude quake hits Northeast China
A strong 6.4-magnitude earthquake struck the northeastern Chinese province of Heilongjiang on Saturday, the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC) said.
The quake hit the prefecture-level city of Mudanjiang at 12:22 p.m. local time (4:22GMT) at the latitude of 44.81 degrees and the longitude of 129.95 degrees.

The epicenter of the termor lied at the depth of 580 kilometers (360 miles), the earthquake monitoring agency said.
