US President Barack Obama invited Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to participate in the 4th Nuclear Security Summit in Washington, DC, Novruz Mammadov, deputy head of Azerbaijani presidential administration, chief of the administration’s foreign relations department, tweeted Jan.6.
The summit will be held in Washington, DC from March 31 to April 1, 2016.
"Azerbaijan can use this event to explain its complicated geopolitical position and security challenges, and use the opportunity to its advantage," Cohen explained.
