UK police arrest two on suspicion of links to terrorism
The detainees, aged 25 and 35 years old, were arrested in the West Midlands` town of Walsall in the United Kingdom on suspicion of links to Syrian-related terrorism offenses, according to local police.
Officers from the United Kingdom`s West Midlands Police Counter Terrorism Unit arrested two men on Tuesday on suspicion of links to Syrian-related terrorism offenses, the local police service said in a statement.

"Officers from the West Midlands Counter Terrorism Unit have today (Tuesday 12 January) arrested two people in Walsall on suspicion of Syria related terrorism offences," the statement reads.

The detainees, aged 25 and 35 years old, were arrested in the West Midlands` town of Walsall, at their home addresses, it was specified in the statement. According to the announcement, local police have been searching a number of addresses in the Walsall area with alleged links to the suspected terrorists.
