S Korea Fires Warning Shots at N Korean Drone in Demilitarized Zone
South Korea
According to the Yonhap news agency, the drone then turned back north.

The incident reportedly occurred at South Korea’s Dorasan observation post in the western part of the Korean Demilitarized Zone.

South and North Korea are legally at war, as no peace treaty was signed after the Korean War of 1950-1953.

The relations between the two countries have further deteriorated after Pyongyang claimed it had carried out a hydrogen bomb test. Seoul started anti-North propaganda broadcasting through loudspeakers over the border in response.
