Suicide bomber identified following attack in Istanbul
Details are continuing to emerge about the suicide bomber who killed 10 people in Istanbul yesterday.
Nine Germans and a Peruvian man were killed in the blast in Sultanahmet Square yesterday - a popular tourist spot.

Another 15 people were injured.

Journalist in Turkey Andrew Finkle has said the bomber was not on a terrorist watch list - but the attack has raised questions about border control: “People are saying that they know who this man is. He is a Saudi-born Syrian, who had recently been in Syria, at the same time the authorities are saying that he was not on any known terrorist list. However he was quickly identified after the blast.”

Meanwhile, three Russians have been arrested in Turkey after the bomb blast.

Officials have said they are suspected of having links to Islamic State.

In total, almost 60 people have been detained in raids across the country following the suicide attack.
