Moscow urged Azerbaijan and Armenia to intensify talks in order to comply with the ceasefire, Maria Zakharova, the spokesperson for Russia’s Foreign Ministry, said at a briefing Thursday.
“In 2015, we have witnessed the intensification of the armed conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh which resulted in an increase in the number of civilian causalities,” Zakharova said, noting that the situation is very alarming.
