“The only thing the Council wants NGOs to do - is to fulfill contractual obligations," Guliyev said. "Delays in reporting, or a large number of defects in them are unacceptable,” Guliyev said.
Appeals to the law enforcement agencies will be taken in respect of such NGOs, he noted.
