President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed Jan. 19 an order to increase salaries of servicemen of Azerbaijan’s Special State Protection Service, as well as the State Protection Service’s civilian employees, who aren’t civil servants, by 10 percent starting from Feb. 1.
