The minister said that certain social benefits are intended in declining and mitigating the impact of price hike due to new manat rate for the most vulnerable groups of the population: “In this regard, the head of state gave a relevant instruction on making proper changes in the budget as well.”
Sharifov mentioned that there is a need to raise salaries, as well as create financial provision for IDPs on benefits for food, properly revise the expenditure part of state budget for other social benefits.
“Some measures should be taken to recover the declining revenues. We need to ensure the increase of the sources of incomes. These issues should be reflected in the amendments in the budget”, said the minister.
