Joint air exercise between Azerbaijan and Turkey continue, the Ministry of Defense stated.
During the exercises overall combat readiness of aviation equipment and skills of the pilots in the management of this type of aircraft were tested.
It should be noted that the exercises involved more than 30 air assets, in particular, the fighters “MIG-24”, “F-16” military transport aircrafts “C-130 Herkules”, stormtroopers “Su-25”, helicopter gunships “MI-24”, “AH-1W Super Cobra” and military transport helicopter “Mi-17” and “Sikorski UH-60.”
Joint air exercises between Azerbaijan and Turkey will continue until October 3.
