`Co-chairs have no ground to act as monopolist in negotiation process`
The co-chairs have no ground to act as monopolist in the negotiation process

With the statement issued on November 10, 2015, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its position on the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs’ attitude towards the reports of PACE relevant committees and resolutions that are expected to be adopted in the PACE winter session regarding the situation in the Azerbaijani territories occupied by Armenia.

Spokesman for Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Hikmet Hajiyev made the remarks while commenting on the OSCE Minsk Group (MG) co-chairs` recent statement.

”The co-chairs have no ground to act as monopolist in the negotiation process. Under their mandate, OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs should take into account the requirements of the UN Security Council’s resolutions 822 (1993), 853 (1993), 874 (1993), 884 (1993), as well as documents of other international institutions in the negotiation process of the conflict,” he said.
