The delay in cargo clearance at the Azerbaijani checkpoints is not related to the work of the customs bodies, Safar Mehdiyev, the first deputy chairman of the Azerbaijani State Customs Committee, told reporters Jan. 26.
There are delays due to incomplete documentation, submitted by the entrepreneurs, he said.
