Azerbaijan appoints ambassadors to several countries

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed Jan. 27 an order on appointment of Elkhan Gahramanov as the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Kuwait.

By another presidential order, Tural Rzayev has been appointed the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Egypt.
