"This has been envisaged in the updated forecasts of the state budget-2016, to be prepared by February," the minister said.
“The volume of concessional lending to entrepreneurs through the National Entrepreneurship Support Fund will be 250 million manat in 2016,” Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said earlier at a meeting on economic and social issues.
The preferential loans amounting to 248.5 million manat were delivered to 5,243 entrepreneurs through the National Entrepreneurship Support Fund in 2015.
The implementation of the projects through these loans allowed creating about 12,600 jobs.

The Azerbaijani government will additionally allocate 70 million manat to the National Entrepreneurship Support Fund under the Ministry of Economy, Samir Sharifov, the Azerbaijani Finance Minister, said at a press conference Jan. 28.
