Today, allocation of financial aid to the internet media in Azerbaijan has been discussed at the Board Meeting of the Press Council.
Chairman of Press Council Aflatun Amashov said this issue was discussed while Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received the members of Press Council’s Board of Directors on the 140th anniversary of national press: “The head of state assessed this issue at that time. Therefore, the state support may also concern to internet media for conforming the impact on public opinion to the interests of state and public and propagating our country in the world more effectively”.
