CIS to discuss cooperation in fighting corruption
CIS Executive Committee headquarters in Minsk will host a meeting of the expert group on the harmonization of the draft concept of cooperation of CIS member states in fighting corruption on February 3-4.
Acceptance of the concept is due to the need for further systematic and consistent development of cooperation of CIS countries in order to ensure coordinated action in this area.

The document is aimed at developing the legal and institutional framework for cooperation in the fight against corruption, as well as defines the principles, objectives, main directions and forms of cooperation.

The provisions of the concept will form the basis for the development of international treaties and other international and domestic legal acts of CIS members, as well as international programs in fighting corruption.
