Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on awarding the medal “Taraggi” (Progress) to a group of employees of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs.
Under the order, several employees of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs – Gulnara Mammadova, Kamala Ojagova, Jamili Baghirova, Sabina Manafova, Taliya Ibrahimova, Elmira Gurbanli, Elgun Safarov, Jeyran Rahmatullayeva – were awarded the medal "Taraggi" for their merits in solution of gender problems and implementation of social policy in Azerbaijan.
