`Indonesia invites Azerbaijan to participate in energy projects`
"Of course, we are keen to expand our relations with Azerbaijan. Despite the decline in oil prices on world markets Indonesia will implement new energy projects. These projects will cover not only oil and gas sector, but also the areas of electricity, alternative and renewable energy sources. We want Azerbaijan to be actively involved in these projects which are to be implemented in Indonesia because it is of great importance for us to benefit from the experience Azerbaijan has gained in this sphere," Wiratmaja Puja said.
He said that Indonesian President Joko Widodo attaches great importance to developing infrastructure and exchanging experience with other countries.
"Indonesia is also interested in expanding student exchange with Azerbaijan. This may be realized between SOCAR`s Baku Higher Oil School and Indonesian oil school," he added.
