The fund named after Muslim Magomayev aims to develop culture, arts and sports in this largest region of Ukraine. "This fund is a result of our work over the past 25 years. We are going to take part in various cultural events of the city also as partners,” president of the fund, member of the Azerbaijani diaspora in Ukraine Hafiz Aslanov said.
