With regard to reports that the SSAC will be merged with the Ministry of Education, Abbaszade said they didn’t receive any information in this regard from higher authorities.
“We will follow any decision to be passed within reforms,” she noted.
Abbaszade also appealed to applicants that their knowledge will be properly assessed regardless of any decision. “No change will affect you. President Ilham Aliyev`s policy is to protect the people. No one is going to harm the children studying for 11 years,” she said.

Structural reforms are being carried out in the country and the State Students Admission Commission (SSAC) will follow any decision to be passed within this process, SSAC Chairwoman Maleyka Abbaszade told reporters on Feb. 2.
