Another bank preparing for consolidation in Azerbaijan

The shareholders of the Caucasian Development Bank will discuss its merger with other banks March 20, a statement posted on the bank`s website said.

An extraordinary meeting of shareholders will be held at the request of the Supervisory Board of the Caucasian Development Bank.
