The decision was made at a meeting of the Executive Committee Oct.8.
The anti-doping issue is very relevant today, the vice-president of NOC Chingiz Huseynzade told reporters.
“NOC has decided to create a special commission,” vice-president of the NOC said. “A working group in charge of preparing the charter and other documents of the commission has been already established.”
