She noted that “thanks to President Ilham Aliyev`s care and attention” all infrastructure has been restored in the territories which were liberated from Armenian occupation. “Instructed by the head of state appropriate authorities are studying conditions in regions of the country with the aim of expanding the potential of entrepreneurs and creating new jobs,” Muradova added.
