Azerbaijani president attends Syria conference in London - LIVE

The donor conference titled “Supporting Syria and the Region” kicked off in London Feb. 4.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is attending the conference jointly organized by the UK, Germany, Kuwait and the UN.

The president departed for the UK at an invitation of UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, UK Prime Minister David Cameron, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Solberg and Emir of Kuwait Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
