He said the draft law envisages the measures that will help reveal the dumping cases.
“In particular, it is offered to increase the customs duty on import of such goods to the country by the amount of the dumping margin, if such cases are revealed,” he said.
Babayev added that four directives of the World Trade Organization (WTO) have been used while working out the draft law.
The draft law was recommended for consideration at a plenary session of the Azerbaijani parliament.
