The Secretary General also recalled his meetings held in Baku, and stressed the importance of the issues discussed as part of the visit.

The letter says Kristian Vigenin was appointed as the special representative of the Organization on the Southern Caucasus by President of the OSCE PA Ilkka Kanerva.
Roberto Montella says special representative will try his best for solving the issues related to the region.
