Under the order of the minister of emergency situations, deputy minister Tapdig Amiraslanov has been appointed as the chairman of the Board of Appeal established in order to ensure transparency and objectivity in considering the complaints of individuals and legal entities engaged in entrepreneurship and protect the their rights and legally protected interests, the ministry told.
The staff of the Board of Appeal is composed of seven officials of related structural divisions of the ministry.
The Board of Appeal will function in the administrative building of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, in the 501st block, M.Mushfig str., Baku city.
