How Azerbaijani hostages to talk via Skype with their family?
Communication between captives and hostages, and their family members depends on authorities in any case, Caroline Douilliez, head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Delegation in Armenia, AzVision.az reports citing the Armenian media.

She made remarks commenting on the statement of Azerbaijani Deputy FM, Chairman of the State Committee on Refugees and IDPs, Ali Hasanov regarding the possibility of organizing Skype communication between Azerbaijanis – Dilgam Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev held hostage in Armenia – and their family members.

Douilliez said one of the main goals of the ICRC is to ensure communication between prisoners and their family members. “This is usually done through letters or by telephone with the ICRC representative’s help. As for Skype communication, in any case, the decision is up to the authorities,” she noted.
