Russia is ready to make foreign passports for CIS citizens
Russian President set a task allowing CIS citizens to enter only with foreign passports by 2015
Russia is ready to take over the issuing of foreign passports for citizens of Tajikistan and other countries of the former Soviet Union, Director of the Federal Service for Drug Control Viktor Ivanov was quoted today by RIA Novosti .

"I think that the introduction of visas will alienate citizens of this country," he said. "This is unacceptable and against our strategic and long term interests."

He recalled that the Russian President set a task to allow CIS citizens to enter only with foreign passports by 2015.
Ivanov said that this is the best option. Its implementation could be accelerated.

"To say that Tajikistan has no money and technologies is in our favor," Ivanov said. "We can take, make the passports ourselves and help. We can deal with their passport system with documents in terms of information, and technologies."
