According to the parliament, a draft decision has already been developed in this regard.
The draft decision will be tabled during the parliament’s plenary session scheduled for Feb. 23.
The post is vacant, since Ali Huseynli, chairman of the parliament’s Committee on legal policy and state-building left the Judicial-Legal Council.
