The Ombudsman`s Office has received 1,982 appeals regarding the right of judicial protection of rights and freedoms, according to the Ombudsman
As a result of the measures taken in the past period by the Judicial-Legal Council to eliminate corruption and other negative cases, disciplinary proceedings were launched against about 200 judges and more than 70 judges were dismissed from judicial authorities due to gross violations of law.
