Dilgam Asgarov refuses to ask separatists for pardon
Dilgam Asgarov, who was sentenced to life in prison under the “judgment” of so-called "trial" in the occupied Azerbaijani territories, didn’t exercise his right to ask for pardon.

Asgarov’s lawyer Eric Beglaryan said that Dilgam Asgarov didn’t ask for pardon, news.am reported.

In July, 2014 Russian citizen Dilgam Asgarov and Azerbaijani citizen Shahbaz Guliyev were taken hostage by the Armenian soldiers on their way to Kalbajar to visit their homeland. Another Azerbaijani citizen, Hasan Hasanov, was shot to death. His body was taken from the enemy and buried in Baku.

The so-called trial against Dilgam Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev started on October 27.“ The court of first instance” of the separatist regime passed a judgment on December 29, Dilgam Asgarov was sentenced to life and Shahbaz Guliyev to 22 years in prison.
