Credit institutions to pay membership fee to Financial Market Control Chamber
Draft law on amendments to the Law on Banks has been discussed in the joint meeting of the parliament
According to amendments, Azerbaijan-based banks will pay membership fee to the Financial Market Control Chamber.

Moreover, according to the annexes made to the Laws on “Non-Banking Credit Institutions”, “Insurance Activity”, “Securities Market”, “Investment Funds” and Postal Law, the non-banking credit institutions, national postal operator, participants of insurance market, persons licensing activity in the securities market, as well as investment fund will also pay membership fee to the Financial Market Control Chamber.

The draft law was recommended to the plenary meeting of the parliament.
