Armenia’s foreign minister has once again distorted the essence of the process of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict’s settlement, Hikmat Hajiyev, spokesperson for the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, told on Wednesday.
He was commenting on the interview of Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian with Russian newspaper Kommersant.
It seems that Nalbandian has no idea about what is being discussed in the negotiation process, Hajiyev added.
